To add to the high energy, sugar levels, and overall madness of Halloween, our class completed the Fear Factor Challenge.
Throughout the day, students participated in five challenges. First, in order to grab their task cards, students had to show off their courage by reaching into boxes filled with icky, gooey things. Eyeballs, worms, and brains… Oh my!
Next, students competed in Minute to Win-It games to earn points for their teams. The class favorite was “Wrap it Up”, where students got to bundle their friends into toilet-paper mummies.
To earn even more team points, students worked to fill in “Eyeball Roundup” sheets by displaying positive behavior. At the end of the day, the winning team earned the title of “Fear Factor Champions” and won their very own bag of PUKE!
Lastly, students celebrated their completion of the day, with disgusting (but actually super yummy) treats!
Fear is not a factor for second graders!
