Our second grade students have spent the last few weeks working on narrative writing. They answered writing prompts, used photos to inspire their stories, and even rolled dice to determine their characters, setting, and plot.
Finally, our little authors were given the task of writing a story– about anything they wanted! Together, we made our way through the entire writing process ending with typing and publishing final drafts. I was so impressed with their hard work, creative imaginations, and excitement towards writing. Their work is too incredible not to share!
